Hilmi - From AI product vision to modern merch ecosystem

PROJECT OVERVIEW

Hilmi was built around an ambitious idea: to make custom merchandise easier to imagine, develop, and produce. What began as an early-stage AI-assisted product vision later evolved into a broader ecosystem connecting brands with manufacturers, print shops, and custom merch services. We partnered with Hebron from the earliest stage of that journey, helping shape the logo, brand identity, voice, guidelines, website, and MVP product experience as the concept took form. Our role was to build a foundation that could support both the original product vision and the more expanded version of Hilmi that followed.

PROJECT Challange

The challenge was not only to design a new brand, but to do so while the business itself was still evolving. In its earliest form, Hilmi needed to introduce an innovative product idea clearly enough to build trust and attract early interest around launch. The platform combined AI, product development, and manufacturing logic in a way that was still unfamiliar to many potential users, so the brand and digital experience had to make that value feel both understandable and credible. As the company grew, the challenge expanded further: the identity and website also needed to support a broader positioning, moving from a product-first story into a wider ecosystem for custom merchandise, production support, and manufacturing access.

PROJECT Approach

We worked closely with Hebron from the beginning, shaping Hilmi across multiple stages of its evolution. Our role covered logo design, brand identity, brand voice, brand guidelines, website design, and the UX/UI direction of the MVP app. In the early phase, we explored multiple concepts to define the right visual and strategic foundation for the product, helping communicate innovation without losing clarity. We designed the first digital presence around launch, including pages built to attract early users and support sign-ups ahead of release. As the business matured, we continued evolving the website and broader brand system to reflect new values, a wider offer, and a more developed market position. Rather than treating the brand, product, and website as separate layers, we approached them as one connected system that could grow with the company.

Project Outcome

The result was a brand and digital foundation that helped Hilmi move from an early concept into a launched and evolving business. Our work supported the first expression of the product, the MVP experience, and the broader transition into a more mature merch ecosystem. Through a stronger identity, clearer communication, and a more cohesive website experience, Hilmi was able to present its value with greater confidence as the company developed. The project also helped create momentum beyond launch, supporting a version of the brand that now attracts interest from companies looking for custom merch solutions, manufacturing access, and a more connected production infrastructure.
